Gary at Nissan Service Dept fast tracked my vehicle in for repair and personally spoke with me regarding my issues. Can't fault Charles Hurst Nissan and Gary is a key asset of the team. However, disappointed with Nissan in knowing there is an inherrent DPF problem yet do little about it to the detriment of its customers
