I expect my vehicle to be washed when I leave it in for a major service. This was not done - it should be standard practice - and you should make it a ruling for your service staff. Disappointing in an otherwise fine servicing experience,

Our car was on motability scheme. Brendan was our representative. He was absolutely amazing from application in 2022 until Thursday 26/01/23. He kept us informed every step of the way.
