I love the collection and delivery service for servicing the car. However I was disappointed that the car wasn’t washed after the service like it used to be. I have been with Charles Hurst for a very long time, through one dealer or another and always loved to receive my car back like new after the service.

Although the car has been slightly dented while during the service, I'm very happy with the service and with the proposed plan to take care of the dent on my return from holidays in the New Year.Once again, communication makes things run smoother, and I'd like to thank Miles Cowie (particularly) and his colleagues (in general) for easing what could've been a much more complicated matterHopefully, it'll be fully resolved in the new year.
