My request was not fulfilled because my car's valuation was very low.

Brendan in mobility was a fantastic sales man from work go till the end very good asset to ur company a gentleman

Upon taking out the extended warranty package on my car I was told that I would have to wait 4 months before becoming eligible for a service, have now waited four months, booked the service, took time off of work to bring the car down to get seen to, to be then told I have to wait 6 months before I am eligible for a service. Lack of communication and customer services is abysmal. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems after the coolant unit failed and nearly destroyed the car altogether.

Showroom was very clean and well laid out. Customer facilities provided refreshments and comfortable waiting area.

The service was good, apart from the washing of the car itself, they did wash it, but it came back as if they had not done it. Poor .

Friendly sales team, that kept in touch while trying to fill my request.

Bought my car in May 2023, by September the problems started, consistent engine problems, new radiator needed, battery replaced, issues with windows steaming up to the point you have to pull over until they clear - no setting helps this, and current problem looks like it needs a new engine. Customer service is absolutely terrible with no one from the sales team even calling me back after selling me a faulty car:

Only wanted to test drive the qashqai to see if it was suitable for me and explained that to the staff member. They then proceeded to go through a full presentation about finance which I explained there was no point going through if I didn’t like the drive of the car. Only when I insisted that this was a waste of time did he bring a sheet over to sign to drive said car and asked me to sign to say no marks on car, which I explained until I saw said car I wouldn’t sign as there could be marks all over it. He wasn’t particularly impressed by this and in the end I gave up and left without driving the car. It is now a car not worth pursuing due to poor experience from Nissan.
