The link that I was emailed for the online booking system for vehicle servicing did not work. This delayed my booking of the service as I was out of the country. Any time I phoned there then was a very long hold period for a call handler to take my call regarding booking the vehicle in for its service. However, both call handler and Ms Doherty in the dealership were very efficient, courteous and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Both are assets to your business.

The young fellow that I first saw when I went in and gave my keys to was very pleasant, respectful and also very helpful. The second I had to bring my car over the next week he organised a car for me to use because they didn't no if it was one or two days they would have it for. In the end it was two day's. He rang the next day to give me an update and I was able to pick my car up that afternoon

Dorothy & Gary were particularly courteous and helpful and dovetailed perfectly with a smooth continuity of the treatment I had always experienced with Rhonda Stewart.
