A few days before my service I had a query. My experience of your telephone system was absolutely dreadful. I am blaming the system, not the people manning it. I was put in touch with Dorothy who answered my query and calmed me down.

Very courteous staff who gave us a perfect service. Some questions did not receive a response as it was a Motobility purchase and some of the questions irrrelevant.
