I am a bit disappointed that Hurst no longer offer transport for mobility customers who lives reasonably near to dealership. I think it’s unfair to ask customers to wait while service is being done. Although seating area is comfortable it can still be a long time for people who are in pain. I also think it’s unfair that customers should pay the bill of a taxi to and from the dealership to collect the car it can be very expensive to those on benefits in the middle of these tuff Times. Rant over hope you will consider

A few days before my service I had a query. My experience of your telephone system was absolutely dreadful. I am blaming the system, not the people manning it. I was put in touch with Dorothy who answered my query and calmed me down.
