I understand the delays are not the fault of the dealership but at each point I had to phone to find out that it had been pushed back. Better communication with the customer so that they could plan around the delays would be a great improvement. Everyone I did speak too was lovely however.

As a returning customer for some years I have in the past received a discount on parts as can be seen from previous invoices....(usually of the order of 10-15% on one-off parts) On this occasion I received a discount of 8p on a £700 bill , which I think is quite poor really and I would have expected more from Hurst's..I am rather disappointed with that , considering that I had discussed returning in the near future for a major service and new tyres , which would involve an additional bill for several hundred pounds.
