Brendan at Charles Hurst nissan boucher Road Belfast was really helpful he went out off his way to make the experience so easy and he never put any pressure on me what so ever. I have dealt with a number off sales people over the years but I have to say brendan was one off the best.

The young fellow that I first saw when I went in and gave my keys to was very pleasant, respectful and also very helpful. The second I had to bring my car over the next week he organised a car for me to use because they didn't no if it was one or two days they would have it for. In the end it was two day's. He rang the next day to give me an update and I was able to pick my car up that afternoon

I am a bit disappointed that Hurst no longer offer transport for mobility customers who lives reasonably near to dealership. I think it’s unfair to ask customers to wait while service is being done. Although seating area is comfortable it can still be a long time for people who are in pain. I also think it’s unfair that customers should pay the bill of a taxi to and from the dealership to collect the car it can be very expensive to those on benefits in the middle of these tuff Times. Rant over hope you will consider

Both Jason Hutchison (initially) and Andrew Gibson were both exceptionally helpful.I felt that my business with Nissan was individualised and that it was important that I received carefully explained information. All my questions were promptly answered.
