I was looked after by Kevin. He met me on arrival and explained what was required. When the work was completed he explained the state of the vehicle and what work would be required before MOT. Overall I was very satisfied.

I spent hours going around all dealerships in Charles hurst boucher Road looking for a mot ability car. Every dealership I went into pointed me to another dealership. One of the dealership I went into was shocking of customer care! They were rude treated me like I didn't belong or they had no time for me.. 4 staff discussing me in front of me as if I wasn't there, disgusting behaviour. I then walking into Charles hurst nissan and I felt like I had walked into a vip hotel!! The ambience was so calming staff greeted me with huge smiles and so curtious to myself and my daughter. I then was introduced to brendan and he made me feel so relaxed offered me a coffee and we sat and talked about which car. I had my son with me who is autistic and has agrabobia and alot of mental issues, he was in my daughters car outside and very rarely leaves the house so I myself was extreme anxious just with keeping my son calm. Brendan went out of his way and got one of the staffs car and parked it beside my son so he could see what car I had chosen for him as it is for my son to get out of house and gain some sort of normality. I cannot explain how amazing brendan and staff were to me and my daughter, he made every thing simple and easy and offered me coffee while waiting. On arrival back for my car staff greeted me again in a pleasant calm way and so welcoming and again brendan was amazing with explaining my new car and he has made me feel more comfortable about ringing him if I am stuck or any future questions. I rate this dealership and all staff 100% perfect which is extremely rare these days. First class service

The members of staff were very helpful and provided me with a range of options. I am planning to take up one of the options in a few months.
