I was very pleased with the service I received .A complimentary vehicle was provided whilst mine was in for service as I have mobility problems The only issue i had was when I collected my vehicle i noticed a small dent in the passenger door. I informed the service assistant and she took a photograph. I haven't heard anything back ref this as yet ,to get it repaired. Apart from this I was very happy with Charles Hurst.
