Both Andrew who helped facilitate our purchase, and Marc, the manager, who supported us with our enquiries, were excellent. They were patient, attentive and very professional. I rate Charles Hurst Nissan Newtonabbey very highly. I wish all services were this well facilitated. We will be returning customers.

This was a MOT appointment. The car failed but Hurst's had identified the problem. Everything was rectified promptly and the return of the car was as quick as possible. Communication from the service advisor was excellent.

Fantastic customer service from beginning to end. Daniella kept in touch throughout and was very pleasant on phone, via email and in person. Nothing seemed too much bother and happy to be getting further work completed as picked up during major service.

I was looked after by Kevin. He met me on arrival and explained what was required. When the work was completed he explained the state of the vehicle and what work would be required before MOT. Overall I was very satisfied.
