I was very pleased with the service I received .A complimentary vehicle was provided whilst mine was in for service as I have mobility problemsThe only issue i had was when I collected my vehicle i noticed a small dent in the passenger door.I informed the service assistant and she took a photograph.I haven't heard anything back ref this as yet ,to get it repaired.Apart from this I was very happy with Charles Hurst.
