I thought the service was expensive for a first service

Brendan in Nissan is the most helpful and friendly guy

Nissan boucher Road Belfast were helpful and pleasant. Nissan Newtownabbey were rude and very unpleasant. I would never go near them again

Brendan McConnell was extremely knowledgeable & helpful, nothing was too much bother. He was very sensitive to the fact my Father has early onset Alzheimer's & he showed us every consideration & made every as easy as possible. Cannot thank him or praise him enough .

The staff I spoke with was very nice and approachable

I would like to comment that throughout this process Kevin has been brilliant and I really want to thank him for all his help. Likewise for the technician who worked on the car, who I believe is called Carl, and the two gentlemen who came to collect and return the car. They all went above and beyond and deserve great thanks, I'm so grateful... thanks!
