I highly appreciate your service, I initially sent my car in because of a exhaust cover and you did your checks and found that the car had 2 major issues! Thankfully it was still in its warranty period so I didn’t have to pay for it. Had the visual checks not happened I probably would have been careless for a significant length of time and very out of pocket! The courtesy car was immaculate with only 700miles on it and Kevin was brilliant at keeping me up to date with what was happening and when to expect my car. Thank you

Daniela in Boucher Rd branch was very helpful. The only downside to my visit is that I wasn’t offered transport home after dropping my car off. I have had this service form other dealerships in the past.

Communication from the Service Team was excellent. I was kept up to date with progress throughout the process.

Overall the experience of booking my vehicle in for the small repair it needed and the communication during the booking and repair was excellent. Kevin, who handled my booking, did a great job. The repair itself was completed swiftly and satisfactorily. The only negative I would have was that my car did suffer slightly from the seats being left dirty on it's return. I doubt it will take too much for me to clean the seats, but I would not have expected this to be necessary when dealing with a leading car dealership.
