Just to things to mention. firstly, the car ( bought in May 2021 ) never came with a Manual. When ringing to make the booking for 29 March, I requested a Manual but this was not actioned. Secondly, the car was left I with lighting on the Auto setting. it was not returned to me in this way and on driving for the first time at night , it resulted in cars flashing their lights as for some reason, the car was returned without the lights set for night driving. It would have been helpful if this had been pointed out to me.

We met Brendan he couldn't do enough went above and beyond excellent costumer care and service it's not often you get service like that. So a big well done to Brendan.

I met with Andy and he handled the meeting professionally as well as being friendly and informative, it was just a matter of me not ready to take the jump from hybrid to full electric but that I am convinced will change within the next couple of years.

Kevin Gibson was excellent in dealing with our needs and very easy to talk to. Overall, a bit overpriced, but otherwise all good
