Was told that this was a major service hence the 'high' price. The service was started at 08:30 and at 09:10 that the service was complete. It's hard to see how 40mins justified such a high price

Everyone waa very attentive, asking if we would like tea or coffee. The car was done with in 2 hours so overall experience was great thank you.
