I highly appreciate your service, I initially sent my car in because of a exhaust cover and you did your checks and found that the car had 2 major issues! Thankfully it was still in its warranty period so I didn’t have to pay for it. Had the visual checks not happened I probably would have been careless for a significant length of time and very out of pocket!
