Daniela in Boucher Rd branch was very helpful. The only downside to my visit is that I wasn’t offered transport home after dropping my car off. I have had this service form other dealerships in the past.

Communication from the Service Team was excellent. I was kept up to date with progress throughout the process.

Overall the experience of booking my vehicle in for the small repair it needed and the communication during the booking and repair was excellent. Kevin, who handled my booking, did a great job. The repair itself was completed swiftly and satisfactorily. The only negative I would have was that my car did suffer slightly from the seats being left dirty on it's return. I doubt it will take too much for me to clean the seats, but I would not have expected this to be necessary when dealing with a leading car dealership.

Just to things to mention. firstly, the car ( bought in May 2021 ) never came with a Manual. When ringing to make the booking for 29 March, I requested a Manual but this was not actioned. Secondly, the car was left I with lighting on the Auto setting. it was not returned to me in this way and on driving for the first time at night , it resulted in cars flashing their lights as for some reason, the car was returned without the lights set for night driving. It would have been helpful if this had been pointed out to me.
