Very professional

The whole experience was excellent. We were welcomed by a member of staff who offered to make us a hot drink if we wanted. The initial wait to be shown to the service reception was short and the service advisor, Daniela, was very polite and efficient. The whole booking in process went without a hitch and the work to be carried out was fully explained.On return to the dealership Daniela apologied that the service team were still working on the vehicle and offered a discount on the bill due to the delay.She did all in her power to make us feel like valued customers of Charles Hurst.

Brendan was very helpful and discussed all our options with us. He supported us through the process and kept us updated. We were delighted to get our car earlier than expected. Overall it was a good and smooth experience and I am hopeful that the aftercare will be as good.Staff in Nissan who we met were also helpful and accommodating.

Was told that this was a major service hence the 'high' price. The service was started at 08:30 and at 09:10 that the service was complete. It's hard to see how 40mins justified such a high price
