Service was fantastic as usual, this is my 3rd car purchased at Charles Hurst Nissan consecutively.I would specifically like to comment on the service offered by Daniel Donnelly he has dealt with my car purchases on each occasion, his technical expertise, friendly demeanor and ability to suggest a car that suits my needs is truly amazing.

Louise was extremely helpful on Monday morning when I phoned at 8.30 to book a service. On the day (Wednesday last) Gary was equally helpful in getting the process under way. He and Rhonda were assiduous in plying me with refreshments while I waited. I was out again at 9.30, well contented. Thanks to everyone!

Was very disappointed that my car didn't get washed or vacuumed I never got a explanation why it hadn't been cleaned

Always good to speak with staff with a sense of humour and are very helpful. Rhonda and Kevin looked after me very well while I was there.

Nothing to report everything was fine

When getting a sevice with any other company the car usually is valeted and washed but not with Nissan.

Considering the distance I found it ok.

Overall the whole experience was very satisfying, Ryan was very informative and courteous, we felt very much at ease. Even though we were exchanging and buying a Nissan Juke he was very keen to show us the new improved specs. Kevin was also very helpful in arranging a service plan and even when there was a small problem with the keys, he very quickly sorted it.

Andrew Mcaleavy, sales guy was more than helpful and patient with me in finding the best car for my needs.
