Overall a good experience. Although I do think that your telephone system needs to be sorted a lot better. It is too hard and awkward to get through to the correct department. Maybe you should have direct numbers for customers whose vehicle is already in being dealt with. We found it hard to get in touch with the person we needed to talk to.
