A very pleasant experience

I bought a car on mobility. Brendan was so professional and one of the most helpful people I've meet on the mobility. The mobility off other dealers isn't even in the league of Brendan that's how professional he is. Also showed me everything I needed to know connected my phone. Also said I could go back or ring him if I need him for anything this is what I class as professionalism. So you have a guy who works extremely hard for Nissan. There is nothing else I can say

It would be preferable if technical staff saw through and completed the job, (rather than take leave) and communicate with colleagues about information pertinent to the vehicle being serviced and prepared for MOT testing. Paying attention to details and resetting service interval counters etc. The customer facing staff were brilliant.
