Excellent customer service

Very pleasant front of house staff. In particular Gary Mcdonagh was ver friendly and helpful.

Parts replacement are expensive.

Customer service was brilliant and very helpful and explained everything I needed to know.

Tony, who sold the car to us, was an excellent and very helpful salesman. This is the second time we bought a car from him.

I imagine mention would have been made of a service plan but I raised the matter first,, having had one on my previous vehicle. The sales rep we were scheduled to see on pick up day was off sick so we had to wait for an available alternative - a phone call alerting us to the delay (about thirty minutes) on our arranged time would have been appreciated!!

I have dealing with Brendan McConnell over past few years. I have always found him very professional, extremely helpful whilst at the same time being friendly. If he's any asked a question he always has the correct answer. I have no hesitation giving Brendan 100 out of 20 for his knowledge and professionalism
