I had a number of different issues with my Nissan this year but all were resolved to my satisfaction. Customer care was exellent and Rhonda the service manager was very helpful in getting things organised. My experience with Nissan complaints dept in England earlier in the year was really pathetic and I wouldn't like to have to deal with them again.

I was waiting on a phonecall from Jason the Wednesday after my service which probably was the 18th - service was on the 13th. Regarding me upgrading my car. Still waiting. I have just decided I will refinance the car rather than upgrading.
