All customers that have to leave their car in due to unforeseen problems that are still under warranty (i drive a new car) should be offered a courtesy car while problems are being sorted out, not after you have had to make your way home at your own expense and then more or less ''beg'' for a replacement car the next day. At the end of the day, I am satisfied with my customer service but the provision of a courtesy car should be mandatory.
