Initial confusion around appointment by the branch but fault admitted and satisfactory solution provided. Not sure if meant to be included but vehicle not vacuumed. This is done by manufacturer of other car we own when car serviced.

Excellent service. Customer service is always polite and extremely helpful. The complimentary use of a courtesy car made my day alot easier. I've been a nissan customer for the last 5 years and have been treated extremely well which is why I continue to remain at nissan.

I was treated with professional curtesy and respect and as i am severely disabled the staff could not do enough to help me from start to finish with the whole process i would recommend any disabled person to call in and speak to Sarah Jane or Andrew regards a mobility vehicle
