I wasn’t initially happy with the sales advisor Lewis but more than happy with Andrew he is an asset to your team very down to earth and professional. Unfortunately what I had ordered differed to what I received. I had ordered colour Pearl white but received artic white and I had initially agreed with Lewis my annual mileage to be 10k but is 8k. Apart from these issues I am extremely happy with my new vehicle.

There was a longer than expected delay in delivery of new vehicle.. I expected vehicle delivery 6 months from ordering but had to contact showroom for update. It would be good practice to keep in touch with customer even if there is no update, just to keep them informed
