There was a longer than expected delay in delivery of new vehicle.. I expected vehicle delivery 6 months from ordering but had to contact showroom for update. It would be good practice to keep in touch with customer even if there is no update, just to keep them informed

Excellent service throughout. I had a strange to me problem with an NV 200. Dom in the service dept was able to sort the problem very quickly and explained to me exactly what the issue was. There were noticeable improvements to the vehicle when I had it returned. Victoria in service reception kept me well informed throughout and arranged without hassle for me to be left home and for my vehicle to be returned to me with the minimum of inconvenience. Well done everyone at C H Nissan Newtownabbey. See you in August.

I find the staff at this dealership friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. any questions I ask the staff they are always happy to explain to me what I need to know. I am pleased to continue to come back for the services that Nissan newtownabbey provides. good customer service is a happy customer and will always return.
