I can't fault any part of the process at all. I was having a bad mobility day and the staff were extremely helpful with picking up my car and returning it (I cannot emphasise enough how much this option helps when someone has mobility issues, (I often need to cancel appointments at the last minute because of my ailments). A big THANK YOU Charles Hurst, your customer service is out of this world.
