Excellent service throughout. I had a strange to me problem with an NV 200. Dom in the service dept was able to sort the problem very quickly and explained to me exactly what the issue was. There were noticeable improvements to the vehicle when I had it returned. Victoria in service reception kept me well informed throughout and arranged without hassle for me to be left home and for my vehicle to be returned to me with the minimum of inconvenience. Well done everyone at C H Nissan Newtownabbey. See you in August.

Customer parking appears to be a real issue, I was fortunate that a car was leaving on my arrival or I would have been faced with a real dilemma as to where I could have parked.

I have not yet decided on a vehicle.
