I hope this reply gets to you as I really want to say how impressed I was with the service I received on my service visit on 21st January 2026. I particular you have a star member of staff in ERIN who initially dealt with me at your front service desk and what can I say impeccable manners, confident and made me feel at ease immediately. I was waiting to collect my car after service completed and had occasion to speak with two other members of your staff. Wanted to purchase a new nissan x trail. Was given a ridiculous trade in price for my car while asking top price for the x trail. Since purchased an x trail for less than hursts while keeping my own car. Staff were helpful but powerless to help.

Just giving a bit off feedback about my experience with Charles hurst Newtownabbey from start to finish Ashley made it a very pleasant and straightforward experience she is very professional and friendly and I would definitely recommend Nissan to other people . Show room staff & service desk staff are fantastic & very helpful, disappointing from the service, was in for a minor service, brake fluid wasn’t topped up or coolant, brake fluid was about 1/2, coolant sitting on low, I also had to change the air filter my self as it was caked with dirt, the car gets a service once a year how was the air filter and fluid levels going to last? If the air filter was checked I would of said change it if it needed done, also last year was advised bushes in the front arm were bad, wasn’t changed, this year all bushes etc are fine? I must say if you’re parts repair them selves they’re a dam good product.
