I wasn’t initially happy with the sales advisor Lewis but more than happy with Andrew he is an asset to your team very down to earth and professional.Unfortunately what I had ordered differed to what I received. I had ordered colour Pearl white but received artic white and I had initially agreed with Lewis my annual mileage to be 10k but is 8k. Apart from these issues I am extremely happy with my new vehicle.

There was a longer than expected delay in delivery of new vehicle.. I expected vehicle delivery 6 months from ordering but had to contact showroom for update. It would be good practice to keep in touch with customer even if there is no update, just to keep them informed

for having to wait for a period the seating is not very comfortable

I am totally over whelmed by the service I received from the Newtownabbey team!!! My first contact was Garner Cunningham who went over and above to get me what I wanted ( colour and handbrake lol) then when it came to the finance i was met by Mark Graham who I have dealt with before on a few occasions, again outstanding service!! I asked to get the roof wrapped black but made them promise not to send me any photos until the day of handover, what can I say, they had a sheet over the car, a vip rope, and a sign congratulating me, i was soo chuffed and felt very important. And my car looked amazing after the big reveal. So would definately recommend your Newtownabbey team, they were 1st class

The lady Sarah Jane who we ordered our car was extremely helpful in every way possible. She explained everything in great detail to us. Also kept us up to date with the progress of our car until it arrived to the show room. She’s an asset to Charles Hurst.

A friendly and polite service.

Excellent service throughout. I had a strange to me problem with an NV 200. Dom in the service dept was able to sort the problem very quickly and explained to me exactly what the issue was. There were noticeable improvements to the vehicle when I had it returned. Victoria in service reception kept me well informed throughout and arranged without hassle for me to be left home and for my vehicle to be returned to me with the minimum of inconvenience.
