The experience at Charles Hurst Newtownabbey is amazing, Sarah Jane is A Professional like no other we have met Thoughtful , Patient and Kind. Charles Hurst is So Lucky to have Sarah Jane on the team as for the rest of the staff they are a joy to talk to. What more could one ask? The answer is nothing. Thank you for the experience. We were looking for a Nissan Micra, we met with Elaine who couldn't have done more for us, really nice and friendly, made me and my wife feel really welcome! Unfortunately our circumstances have changed and we are no longer looking for a new car but couldn't recommend Elaine and Nissan Mallusk enough!!

Spoke with Andrew. He was very helpful, unfortunately there is no 4WD X-Trails available at the minute. Andrew said he would be back in touch when the New X-Trail is launched, i am looking forward to seeing this! Andrew couldn't have done more and will take him up on his offer when the new X-Trail arrives.

Had car serviced and it needs a lot of work done. Surprised how much needs repairing as I have taken great care of it and low mileage . Leaving it in next week for work to be completed

Overall happy with the purchase experience only downside was having to part with the X Trail as Nissan won't sort out the DPF unless the customer pays on a car that is still under warranty

I was well looked after by the staff and manger Mark.Unfortunately on this occasion I decided on a different car that I thought suited better at another dealership.It was nothing to do with how I was treated as all the staff were extra helpfulEric
