Difficult to make a phone booking: lines engaged and internet leads to wrong dealership

I was greeted and received very favourable by Andrew. His knowledge of vehicle specifications and finance related matters was impressive. He had a most pleasant manner and followed up my visit with appropriate emailed information and videos. My only disappointment would be that electric vehicles are not more readily available; not a problem of your making. Overall I would want to compliment Andrew on the way in which I was made welcome and treated.

The staff were friendly and efficient, showroom was clean and modern and any problem with my car, was fixed at the time ,or an appointment made to complete the work in a few days.

Andrew Trueick was excellent.We attended a customer loyalty event but unfortunately there were few Quashqai automatics available with lot less mileage & newer than mine that were attractive financially.Andrew contacted me last week to advise that he had some due in which might be of interest.
