I had a problem with my 2020 Juke with the driver's side brake light not working. I arranged for it to be repaired. I ws informed that a new sealed unit would be required, but had to be ordered due to Charles Hurst Nissan not having these in stock. Three weeks later, the sealed unit arrived and I brought the car up to get it fitted. However, this did not fix the problem. Nicole, the service adviser quickly arranged an appointment the following week to have the electrics checked out on the Juke. It was discovered that the existing B.C.Module was causing the problem.However, when I took the Juke back home to Donaghadee to wait on the new unit, the electronics gave further problems.Just all of a sudden the Juke came to a sudden stop going through the town, thankfully with no other traffic either front or rear of me.It flashed up showing a system fault on the dash.I contacted Mark the manager and explained what had happened. I asked if it was safe for me to drive the Juke to C/Hurst and leave it in with them until the new B.C.M. unit was fitted. Mark, refered me to Craig the service manager, and after explaing to Craig what took place, I was advised not to take the risk of driving the Juke. He would arrange for it to be recovered and transported up to Mallusk. A new unit was ordered and arrived seven days later and was succesfully fitted. I have been a Charles Hurst customer for a long time and I can safely say, I could'nt have been treated any better with all the team at Nissan Mallusk. Mark, Craig, Nicole and Rachel at reception who offered to get me some lunch and who ended up sharing her lunch with me, and kept me supplied with tea. Nicole who also wanted to get me some lunch or to go with her for her lunch break, during one of my long stays waiting in the showroom. Mark, who kept me informed of progress on the Juke. Craig, who explained everything to me and arranged the quick recovery of the Juke to Mallusk.Thank you all for your caring and kindness. Jim.

Very expensive for work needed for MOT. Think over £350 for discs and pads a tad expensive. In the present climate it was a shock what I needed. Why was this not noticed when it was in for major service in November. Too many visits before MOT IN June. What else will they find?

Staff go over and beyond to help with all enquiries. Kept up to date at all times and handover of new vehicle was very straightforward because of the staff keeping me informed at all times. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.
