After making my service booking I continued to receive e-mails telling me I needed to book in for my service!

The service was carried out very quickly and I was informed of what had happened. An appointment was made for me to go back again. Very satisfied with the service.

My car has generally had a clean externally with a service but didn't this time, was the outside supposed to be cleaned or not?Online booking didn't work for me. Had to phone a number of times as my booking call wasn't returned, don't think message passed on. Any staff I spoke to were polite and helpful.

My husband and I knew what we wanted from looking online. Andrew came over and said we could take the car for a test drive. We where very impressed and said we where interested. So from then to driving away in our new car the whole procedure was well explained, including extra insurance packages. Very pleasant, helpful and curtious staff. We would definitely go back.
