I found the purchase a very easy experience, I presume this is because of the expertise of the salesman who guided me effortlessly through the purchase process. I did not feel that he put any pressure on me to buy but gave me time to decide and offered help and information on the car. I have not used Charles Hurst for several years but based on this experience I would not hesitate to buy from you again.

I needed to change my car as my deal was coming to an end and I wanted to get a replacement car with minimal fuss. The process was fairly quick and very straightforward and I appreciated not being given a hard sell on various extras. The salesperson (Kyle, I believe) was polite, professional and helpful.

Delighted with the service my wife and I received from the staff, especially Kyle and the manager, Mark. Who went above and beyond to help us.

Kyle was a gentleman and I cannot thank him enough. In my opinion however, the way lookers group offer fianance and add ons, like gap insurance and ceramic coatings, is overly agressive and pushy. This is in no way Kyles fault however.
