We dealt with Marc Bunting at your Newtownabbey branch and he was amazing! Super helpful! Knew everything we needed to know and made everything so easy! We went in looking one new car and we left with two new cars! Brilliant member of staff!

Tracey Mitchell was very good as the front person for the Service, everything was explained, and the person who brought the tea and biscuits was also very courteous, the service was done speedily . The only problem I had was with the sales Guy, who has since rang me to apologise and have made arrangements to meet in November in the showroom to look at cars.

As a person who's waiting on lung transplant going out is not a thing that comes naturally at the moment. So going to view and sign for my new car was a worrying time. However Sarah Jane at Hurst's made my wife and I feel very safe and the overall experience was one of professionalism, safety first and understanding. So it was a quality experience all round Thanks

Having previously driven a Nissan Qashqai it was my intention to change for another one. But having seen the way Nissan had totally revamped the Juke it was a no brainier that was the car for me. Upon arrival I spoke to Mark Graham and Andrew at Charles Hurst Mallusk. I found both to be be very professional. From deciding to change and picking up my new Nissan Juke on the 10th September the hand over went very smoothly. Andrew ran me through everything and set up was very easy. I would recommend anyone wanting to change their vehicle give these guys a shout. My daughter also changed her Juke from the old model to the new one. Keep the good work up.
