It’s been several weeks since the car was purchased, granted the car was cleaned and when we arrived knew we had an appointment. Simon had been helpful & answered our queries about the car, however it wasn’t explained why no tax book was available for the vehicle & only 1 Key. Likewise I’d to request a service book!
