I would've purchased a pre registered Nissan Juke from you, unfortunately the cost of ferry crossings both ways etc needed to be factored into the purchase price.If a favourable discount had been offered,I would've been happy to buy from your business.I purchased the identical car from 50 miles away in Caterrick,North Yorkshire.Their car was identical in price and specification. L, with little cost implication.At the end of the day , the purchase of a car has to be visit effective.Sadly on this occasion the cost of traveling to Northern Ireland from Northumberland was not good business from our view point.I regularly upgrade my car and wife's car every year.I will still consider a purchase from you depending on the travel expenditure.Kind regardsPeter

Salesperson dealt with my enquiry with utmost professionalism.Unfortunately I was not being offered enough as a trade in value for my existing car for me to complete a deal on the car I took for a very successful test drive.

Asked to raise complaint following a review on Trust Pilot.I purchased a (new to me) Qashqai from Nissan Newtownards. Happy with the deal on the car and with the trade-in value for my own car, however, once the deal was done things went awry.After test drive and agreeing deal on Thursday evening, I transferred the money for the car on the Friday morning, followed by emails including screenshots of the payment, but no acknowledgement of receipt was given, and the emails asking for such remain unanswered. I called the dealer on Saturday morning, to be told I'd be called back on Monday, but I was not called. Called Tuesday afternoon, and was ablet o arrange when to pick up the car - however, I would have expected some of the promised communications to me to happen and not have to constantly chase for information.I somewhat foolishly paid extra for the GardX treatment on the car. When we got the car home and were able to have a proper look at the car (no walkaround / inspection of the car was provided at the dealership). Several areas of the car still had cleaning products waiting to be removed that had been missed during the cleaning, the inside of the car was not cleaned properly (dashboard and seats were dirty, inside of boot had numerous large dirty marks on it) and the windscreen looks like it has been rubbed with a wet dog - no where near the standard I would expect when paying £450 for cleaning / treatment prior to collection.Payment for the "cash-back" from our trade in (to clear existing finance on traded in car) took a week to be delivered to my account, and we have yet to receive any invoice / car purchase documentation, despite my having emailed the dealership and asking for this.
