Excellent service as took the stress of the MOT away

The staff were very friendly, helpful and customer focused. The service was completed in good time, and the car felt like I was driving it for the first time. Good job well done. I would recommend this dealership for servicing.

Due to disabilites and other arrangements, it was difficult to see how I was going to be able to leave my car, get to work, get back to dealership to collect and get home. We do not live nearby. However, the service team came up with a plan and all was well. I am very happy with the service offered by Charles Hurst Nissan in Newtownards. A big thank you to Phil, Chris and all the mechanics.

At no point was it explained what the service my car was getting would entail. I did receive a health check document but nothing on what the actual service that was carried out nor did I receive any paperwork other than the maintenance book being stamped. I asked when I collected the vehicle if I could take out a new service plan and was told by the girl serving me she would send an email to get someone to contact me. I had a phone call asking how was the service again I mentioned would be wanting to take out a service plan . To date no-one has contacted regarding this - I think that's quite poor if I'm honest.
