At no point was it explained what the service my car was getting would entail. I did receive a health check document but nothing on what the actual service that was carried out nor did I receive any paperwork other than the maintenance book being stamped. I asked when I collected the vehicle if I could take out a new service plan and was told by the girl serving me she would send an email to get someone to contact me. I had a phone call asking how was the service again I mentioned would be wanting to take out a service plan . To date no-one has contacted regarding this - I think that's quite poor if I'm honest.

Friendly and as well informed as could be with a new model. Felt encouraged even through endless delivery delays.

I didn't recieve a video as they were having difficulties with the network/computers.
