Because I Iive inEngland and the car was going back with me time was a big problem but Will pulled out all the stops to get business concluded allowing me to get a ferry back that evening. A big thumbs up.

Everything was excellent as always. The member of staff who dealt with me was very polite, pleasant and helpful. Only negative was the car wash was broken so my car wasn’t cleaned. A minor point I know. Otherwise excellent all round service. Keep up the good work.

The one major area you could improve is your telephone answering time. I waited over 30 mins to speak to someone when I called.
