No everything was fine

Everything was excellent as always. The member of staff who dealt with me was very polite, pleasant and helpful. Only negative was the car wash was broken so my car wasn’t cleaned. A minor point I know. Otherwise excellent all round service. Keep up the good work.

Naomi and Boyd where both absolutely brilliant and extremely helpful finding me a car that suits my needs.

The one major area you could improve is your telephone answering time. I waited over 30 mins to speak to someone when I called.

I was treated with excellent customer service. Everyone at Nissan was friendly and had an approachable demeanor as well as being knowledgeable on all details regarding the purchase. I was well informed on the product and additional options by the sales operative Will. I felt my custom was valued by both Will and his manager Boyd at Charles Hurst Nissan in Newtownards.
