Niaome who looked after me was exceptionally good. Extremely pleasant and full of knowledge. Nothing was too much trouble, and not pushy.I would recommend that she was acknowledged within her work environment as she is so helpful along with being so cheerful.

I cannot fault the attention I received from Naomi. She was very knowledgeable of the car and she kept me up to date with information regarding delivery times... on collecting the car she was ready for me with all the paperwork... lovely girl...10/10

Bought my last few cars from Charles Hurst Nissan Newtownards and always had great service. Bought a nearly new car a few weeks ago and received great service as usual. Have always dealt with Boyd who is easy to deal with. No hard sell or pressure from him and spends what ever time necessary answering all my questions. I am always worried when I spend a large amount on a car but Boyd puts my mind ar ease. Will showed me around the car as Boyd had to take a few phone calls and was great to deal with also. Relaxing atmosphere in the show room and great staff.
