Everything was excellent as always. The member of staff who dealt with me was very polite, pleasant and helpful. Only negative was the car wash was broken so my car wasn’t cleaned. A minor point I know. Otherwise excellent all round service. Keep up the good work.

From the first meeting right through to collecting my car, he was extremely friendly, helpful, patient and generally just great to deal with. It felt like nothing was too much trouble for Will. Communications were prompt, finance arrangements made with ease and fully explained. Really can’t fault the experience in any way. I would recommend the dealership, and Will in particular, to anyone looking to purchase their next car. It was also very much appreciated that Will came in to complete the handover of my new car after injuring his shoulder. Fantastic service. The one major area you could improve is your telephone answering time. I waited over 30 mins to speak to someone when I called.
