I had a very good experience. I am recovering from an operation and the staff at Charles Hurst facilitated me I collection and return once the work had been completed. I was kept fully inform while the work was being carried out, indeed I received a telephone call to ensure that I fully understood the outcome of the vehicle inspection and completion of any necessary work.
