I found the communication from Chris Matchett very useful both during the work being carried out and also when picking up the car afterwards. The service was carried out well. I appreciated the car being cleaned too, and especially it being charged up so I could do all I needed to do later in the day. First rate!

After a full annual service I was shocked to be advised that all my tyres were 'ripped' along the margins. These were Bridgestone and all had to be replaced quickly. I hope there is some procedure by which my experience is not replicated to other Nissan car owners. I would expect better quality control at some stage -possibly undertaken by the consumer protection organisation. When the new tyres were fitted Hurst's were most helpful and took my car and returned it in a good, clean condition. I do rely on their advice so it is good to trust the team. Thanks Phil &Co.
