The initial communication I had was by email and responded to on Sunday when the dealership was closed by Matt, which I didn't expect so that exceeded my expectations. I then met Will and he completed the test drive and sale. He was informative, professional and personable. I couldn't fault any part of the experience. If the car is half as good I will be very happy
