I would recommend anyone to go to Newtownards Charles Hurst. The staff where amazing and customer service was outstanding by Will and his manager Matt.

After a full annual service I was shocked to be advised that all my tyres were 'ripped' along the margins. These were Bridgestone and all had to be replaced quickly. I hope there is some procedure by which my experience is not replicated to other Nissan car owners. I would expect better quality control at some stage -possibly undertaken by the consumer protection organisation.When the new tyres were fitted Hurst's were most helpful and took my car and returned it in a good, clean condition. I do rely on their advice so it is good to trust the team. Thanks Phil &Co.

The ability to have the car collected and returned is an important factor in our using Charles Hurst for the MOT. Despite ticking the box below, for which there seems to be no alternative, we do not want our response to be shared with others.

The agent handling the sale (Boyd) was terrific. Less terrific was Nissan's rush to get me to sign documents and pay deposits before the end of September, as the deal was apparently contingent on this deadline. Less than impressed by this sudden and unexpected urgency, which is clearly to the benefit of Nissan as opposed to the customer. Also, is a full tank of petrol really too much to expect when taking delivery of the new car? Less than half full.
