Boyd and Will were phenomenal and really helped us to see what Charles Hurst had to offer. They were kind, helpful and incredibly respectful. There was no push to close and let us go at a very comfortable pace. They kept us informed of all updates. Sadly, we missed our opportunity this time but we will definitely be back to secure another vehicle in the near future. At no point did either Boyd or Will make us feel pressured or even when we were not able to close, did they make us feel bad. Two incredible staff members and it is obvious Boyd leads by example!
