On 19 July I made a complaint to Hurst’s in Newtownards about my Nissan Juke Reg. No. ISZ 5394. This was acknowledged by yourselves Ticket 81253450 promising a reply within 14 days.Over 2 months later I have not had a reply.I await a reply with interest.

The staff in the service dept and sales went above and beyond to help, best garage I’ve ever come across without doubt. Kind and courteous throughout. When I’m in a situation where I can purchase a new car, I’ll be back. Due to personal health issues with my husband I’ve had to postpone buying a new car but as soon as I can I will be back.

We visited Charles Hurst Nissan, Newtownards to look at a pre registered Nissan Juke, which we purchased. We were very impressed by and grateful for the assistance provided by Kevin Paton and Neil Dunwoody throughout all aspects of the sale. They were both extremely helpful and personable.
