Very good! It took a few attempts to contact the booking helpline (as I chose not to receive a call back due to possibly not being able to answer the call back), but once I was speaking to Lisa she was very helpful. Chris in the Newtownards service department provided a first-class job before and during my visit with regular communication. Free RAC cover was a surprising bonus after the service. Was not entirely happy with the diagnosis of the battery test and a new battery should have been fitted in my opinion. This is based on over 25 years experience in the motor trade and several years as an instructor in MVT. The car is a Motobility car and my concerns are it not starting and having to call the RAC and all the inconvenience this may cause even the diagnosis said the battery was only 75% charged after many long journeys so the battery in my opinion won’t accept any more charge and therefore is starting to fail.

We are very pleased with the way we have been treated at Nissan Newtownards. The staff is friendly and they did everything to meet our needs. A special thank you for the manager of the place who went the extra miles for us.

I checked in my car at 10.30am and received a notification to advise I could track the status of my vehicle. I checked a number of times during the morning and no information was available until I received a further notification at 3.39pm to advise the health check report was available.

Matt and Will were so easy to talk to and put us at ease. Being able to take the car for an extended test drive was brilliant. Once the car was ordered Matt and Will kept in regular contact with us. They were always honest about delivery dates. Once the car was in they ensured hand over was as soon as possible. We were so impressed and are delighted with our new car.
