Very good! It took a few attempts to contact the booking helpline (as I chose not to receive a call back due to possibly not being able to answer the call back), but once I was speaking to Lisa she was very helpful. Chris in the Newtownards service department provided a first-class job before and during my visit with regular communication. Free RAC cover was a surprising bonus after the service. Happy customer, thank you.

Was not entirely happy with the diagnosis of the battery test and a new battery should have been fitted in my opinion. This is based on over 25 years experience in the motor trade and several years as an instructor in MVT. The car is a Motobility car and my concerns are it not starting and having to call the RAC and all the inconvenience this may cause even the diagnosis said the battery was only 75% charged after many long journeys so the battery in my opinion won’t accept any more charge and therefore is starting to fail.
