We are very pleased with the way we have been treated at Nissan Newtownards. The staff is friendly and they did everything to meet our needs. A special thank you for the manager of the place who went the extra miles for us.

I checked in my car at 10.30am and received a notification to advise I could track the status of my vehicle. I checked a number of times during the morning and no information was available until I received a further notification at 3.39pm to advise the health check report was available.

Matt and Will were so easy to talk to and put us at ease. Being able to take the car for an extended test drive was brilliant. Once the car was ordered Matt and Will kept in regular contact with us. They were always honest about delivery dates. Once the car was in they ensured hand over was as soon as possible. We were so impressed and are delighted with our new car.

The vehicle I was interested in was available at the time I was speaking to your sales exec. However I was later told that it had been sold as we spoke, but on phoning the branch where this vehicle was - I was informed that it was still for sale and indeed is still for sale, on going to view this vehicle there was marks on both rear doors which required body repairs and paint work. In the past I also had a problem with your portadown branch where the car in question was priced on web page at one price and when they sent me a video of vehicle it was approx £1300 cheaper. I wasn't impressed.
